Our Mission
The mission of the NAAIA Foundation is to provide philanthropic support to people and nonprofit organizations through established programs in local communities that align with our goal of increasing the number of Blacks and African Americans in the field of insurance and financial services.
The Vision of the NAAIA Foundation is to invest in organizations, initiatives, and communities that assist individuals and their communities in efforts related to diversity, inclusion, equity, economic parity, and sustainable long-term growth.
