Jennifer joined The Hanover Insurance Group in 2016 as an Assistant Regional Vice President for Personal Lines in Pennsylvania. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for the development and execution of The Hanover’s distribution strategy and leading a high performing sales team.
With more than 20 years of experience in the property and casualty business, Jennifer is a proven award-winning leader and top performer. She has been recognized for exceeding sales and profit goals and successfully launching the new state of Pennsylvania for The Hanover.
Prior to joining The Hanover, Jennifer was Regional Sales Manager for Encompass Insurance overseeing multiple states in the mid-west. Prior to that, she worked at two independent agencies as an Agent and Personal Lines Manager.
Jennifer is passionate about mentoring and helping others. In her free time, Jennifer is a mentor for Menttium, a leader in corporate mentoring programs that support leadership development and inclusion efforts in the global business community.
Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Stevenson University and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Development from Towson University. She also holds two nationally recognized insurance designations, Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Personal Lines Risk Manager.
